Topped with a ragout of jumbo crabmeat, shrimp and roasted leeks in a truffle aioli vinaigrette

Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras
With arugula, goat cheese & riesling almond oil vinaigrette

With roasted asparagus, crispy beech mushrooms, arugula and a tangerine oil vinaigrette
