The new City Center is impressive.  The Hotel Sorrella’s swanky roof-top pool provides the perfect setting for this Brennan’s sister property.  To-die-for bread comes to the table in the shape of a salad wedge.  It’s drizzling with garlic butter.

Fried Green Tomato Salad with a Roasted Yellow Corn Ravigote Sauce


Roasted Springer Mountain Chicken

Creole spice rubbed roasted chicken with loaded smashed red potatoes, asparagus, and shallot herb butter








Cast Iron Seared Prime Ribeye




With maytag blue cheese lyonnaise potatoes and coffee ganache




Scallop and Shrimp 

Seared diver scallops resting on top of a bed of roasted fingerling potatoes and shrimp dressed with bacon vinaigrette and crushed corn sauce



Creme Brûlée 
Silky bruleed grand marnier and vanilla bean custard with peach compote and hazelnut tuille   

Tea Cake 
Orange scented cake with seasonal fruit compote and sweet whipped cream

Brandy Cherry Bread Pudding

With cinnamon ice cream and cherry sauce
